Through our maintenance services, we ensure that your network will be working optimally.

In the time of IP networks and the internet, ensuring continuous operation of high-tech communication networks is an increasing challenge.  We are available at any time – 24/7/365 and worldwide. We tackle problems professionally and with high responsiveness. We regularly check the status of your network, eliminate errors, perform network optimisations and repair equipment. If you agreed to partner with us, you will be eligible for regular software updates that will enable optimal performance and the lowest long-term operation cost of your equipment. We offer maintenance services in and outside the warranty period of the equipment. These services are based on service-support agreements and provide the following advantages:

  • Detailed response times for technical support in the case of problems during equipment’s operation
